DLTC International strives to work with local partners for change. We partner and work closely with local organisations to support the rights of vulnerable children and women. Because of these partnerships, DLTC has developed programs aimed at highlighting and addressing challenges in education, health, personal development, and equality faced by children and young women in Uganda.

The disruption of education or the lack of access to education is another societal serious issue. Whilst education encompasses future benefits , schools are also places where children’s needs can be shortly met in terms of safe shelter spaces, food, and sanitation among others. We empower vulnerable and disadvantaged children by fostering education. To achieve this, we establish long-term partnerships with organisations both globally and domestically to create sustainable solutions so that vulnerable children can get access to scholastic materials like books, pens and pencils, school textbooks, and school fees.
DLTC International believes that every individual child has a right to quality education and that each government in the world bears the responsibility to educate all children. This program contributes to the achievement of the UN’s fourth Sustainable Development Goal which ensures inclusiveness and equitable quality education and promotes lifelong learning opportunities for all.
