At DLTC International, we believe that education is a powerful tool for breaking the cycle of poverty and transforming lives. As a Christian relief, development, and advocacy organization dedicated to the welfare and rights of vulnerable individuals and families in Uganda, we are excited to announce the launch of our Education Sponsorship Program.
Vision for Education
Education is a cornerstone of our mission to create lasting, sustainable change in marginalized communities. In alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education, we are committed to ensuring that every child and adult we serve has access to learning opportunities that foster personal and community development.
Our Role in Advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
Our Education Sponsorship Program plays a critical role in supporting several SDGs through:

Discipleship and Spiritual Growth
At the heart of our program is discipleship. Through regular Bible study groups and mentorship, we nurture individuals’ faith and equip them with the tools to live out Christian values in their daily lives. Our teachings help believers grow spiritually and encourage them to spread the love of Christ within their communities.

Discipleship and Spiritual Growth
At the core of the Faith Program is discipleship—the process of nurturing faith and helping individuals deepen their relationship with God. Through regular Bible study groups, mentorship, and spiritual teachings, we equip believers with the knowledge and tools they need to walk in their faith daily.

By encouraging discipleship, we foster a sense of purpose and help individuals live lives centered on Christ’s teachings. Participants are encouraged to not only grow in their personal faith but to share the Gospel with others, spreading the love and teachings of Jesus Christ throughout their communities
Spiritual Counselling and Emotional Healing
Our spiritual counselling services provide both individual and group sessions where trained spiritual counsellors offer support. By offering guidance through prayer and biblical principles, we help individuals overcome trauma, domestic violence, and personal struggles, providing them with the emotional and spiritual healing they need.

Spiritual Crusades Across Uganda
Our spiritual crusades bring together thousands of people for worship, prayer, and revival. These large gatherings are life-changing events where communities come together to hear the Gospel, experience spiritual renewal, and embrace faith as a source of strength and transformation.

Youth Discipleship and Faith Development
We prioritize nurturing the faith of young people through Bible studies, leadership programs, and faith-based activities. By empowering the next generation of faith-driven leaders, we help young people grow spiritually and prepare them to lead with Christian values.

Faith in Action: Community Empowerment Through Service
Faith is not just about belief, but about action. Our program encourages participants to engage in community service as an expression of their faith. Whether through acts of charity or mentoring others, our community is empowered to live out their faith by serving those in need.

What We’ve Achieved So Far
- Adult Education Initiative: We have started an Adult Education program designed to teach vulnerable adults how to read and write. This initiative empowers individuals by enhancing literacy and fostering independence.
- Primary School Development: We are excited to announce that a primary school has been officially registered in Uganda, and its construction is underway. This school will provide a safe and supportive learning environment for vulnerable children and adults, equipping them with essential skills for a brighter future.
